Keep the conversation.
Keep your context.
Bring your StackDaily notes, tasks, workouts and nutrition into supported ChatGPT conversations. Ask for information or prepare a change, without treating a preview as a save.
Available through supported connections for eligible accounts. Public directory availability depends on provider review.

A useful first conversation.
Begin with a read-only request. Once the connection works, try a preview you can review.
“Show my open standalone tasks due today. Ask for my timezone if you need it.”
“Help me prepare a workout plan using my existing exercise library. Ask about my schedule and equipment first.”

YOU STAY IN CONTROL
Your data.
Your decisions.
Choose what your assistant can access. Keep the rest of your day private.
Read our privacy policy- Choose the spaces and permissions.Notes and tasks use your selected spaces. Workout and nutrition access is optional and applies to your account.

- Disconnect when you choose.Revoke future access in Settings → AI connections. This cannot remove information already shared with your assistant.
A little more clarity.
Do I need a public directory listing to connect?
StackDaily is listed in the Claude Directory. Eligible custom connections remain a separate option. ChatGPT’s public listing is still in review. Follow the current setup guide for the connection options available to your account. Directory availability depends on each provider’s review.
Can an assistant save changes automatically?
No. Preparing a change does not save it. You must open the exact preview and approve it in StackDaily. Changes also require an active StackDaily subscription and enabled access for that area.
Why can’t my assistant find every record?
Access follows the account, spaces, permissions and record eligibility you selected. Imported notes and tasks remain private to AI unless you explicitly opt eligible records in. Some record formats and linked tasks are outside the supported scope.
Does this include my habit progress?
You can track habits in StackDaily, but external assistant connections do not currently include a habit-progress reading tool. Notes, standalone tasks, workouts and nutrition have their own supported tools.
What happens to information already shared?
Disconnecting prevents future access. It cannot remove content already shared with your assistant; its own privacy and retention settings also apply.
